Payment Options
Our office policy is to collect deductibles and copays as services are rendered. Our preference is check or cash. As a courtesy to our patients, we offer credit card payment with a processing fee of $4 added to each transaction.
A second office policy is to collect and hold on file credit card information in the event of any unanticipated unpaid balance over 60 days.

*Please note that all providers may not be in-network with all insurances accepted. We will discuss options to see providers who are in-network with your insurance upon the initial phone call with our intake coordinator.
Out of Network
We will bill out other insurance panels as out-of-network, but we collect all deductibles and copays as services are rendered. After the initial intake session, we will verify your benefits, notify you of those benefits, and electronically bill for you.
Fees
Intake sessions: $250.00
Therapy: $160.00
Phone/Electronic Contact
Brief phone or electronic contact: no charge
Extended phone or electronic contact (> 10 minutes) $160.00 per hour.
Behavioral Observation: $160.00 per hour, including travel time.
Site Visit or School Consultation: $160 per hour.
Legal Consultation: $250.00 per hour, including travel time.
Including Guardian Ad Litem contact, other attorney contact or communications, letter writing, and court appearance.
Letter preparation/Document Preparation: $160.00 per hour.
NO/SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION (LESS THAN 24 HOURS): $160.
