Andrea C. Picl, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with evidence-based support that fosters resilience, self-awareness, and healthier relationships.

Andrea earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. Her advanced clinical training includes certifications in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Andrea has extensive experience treating a wide range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum disorder. She integrates play-based interventions, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and attachment-focused techniques to support the unique developmental needs of each client. Her approach includes working closely with parents and caregivers to enhance communication, emotional regulation, and family cohesion.

With a strong background in both outpatient settings and the child welfare system, Andrea is skilled in interdisciplinary collaboration and provides therapy through both in-person and telehealth formats.
