Caitlyn Jezowit, Ph.D. (she/her), is a Postdoctoral Clinical Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Jezowit’s extensive training in clinical and educational settings has prepared her to work with children and youth ages 3 to 18 and their families.

In addition to providing individual, group, and family therapy, Dr. Jezowit conducts comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for social, emotional, behavioral, developmental, learning, and cognitive disorders.

Dr. Jezowit is deeply committed to helping youth and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties. She employs a range of evidence-based treatments tailored to individual client strengths and needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for youth and their families, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Co-regulation Therapy.

Her extensive training in educational settings provides valuable insights into emotional/behavioral and educational challenges and the IEP/504 process, and she is adept at promoting caregiver advocacy.

Dr. Jezowit is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. She has experience working with youth across the age range presenting with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning difficulties, and autism spectrum disorder.

Dr. Jezowit graduated from Illinois State University and trained in the School Psychology Program. She completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Munroe Meyer Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. During her training, she worked in various school settings, providing therapeutic, assessment, and consultation services to promote youth academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. During her training, Dr. Jezowit also worked for several years at a non-profit autism clinic.
