Rike Neubert, Ph.D., is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Postdoctoral Clinical Psychologist who currently practices in both school and clinical settings. She specializes in working with children ages 3 to 16 years. In addition to providing individual and family therapy, she conducts comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments for social, emotional, behavioral, developmental, and intellectual disorders. She is bilingual (German/English).

Dr. Neubert creates a warm and supportive atmosphere where her clients can discover their strengths and find the courage to work through obstacles in their way. She uses evidence-based practices rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help children overcome barriers to their well-being, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral dysregulation, or to help them navigate difficulties related to ADHD, autism, and anxiety disorders.

As a practicing School Psychologist, Dr. Neubert spends time in classrooms each day and uniquely understands children’s challenges and strengths in the school setting. She recognizes the interaction and impact of multiple contexts in the lives of children, and she works collaboratively with both families and schools.

Dr. Neubert graduated from the Graduate Psychology program at Northern Illinois University with a double  M.A. in Clinical and School Psychology and a Ph.D. in School Psychology. Her training experiences are primarily in elementary school settings, where she provides therapeutic, behavioral, and academic support.
