This encompasses a wide range of tasks, including verifying benefits, meticulously submitting claims, expertly handling any claim denials, diligently following up with insurance companies, accurately posting payments, and promptly invoicing clients. Zena is available to answer client questions and assist them with insurance and billing issues that come up during treatment.

In addition to these responsibilities, she also takes charge of managing the credentialing and contracting processes for the practice. Zena brings with her over 20 years of extensive experience in providing administrative and billing services to healthcare providers.
